Bargain Bigly is a Las Vegas based online factory outlet that specializes in discount designer branded clothing, shoes and accessories. We add thousands of new products every month, and we are always on the lookout for the latest and greatest brands and styles. All items and brands are guaranteed authentic.
Although we carry mostly women's clothing, shoes and accessories, we are continually expanding our selection of men's products.
Refund & Return Policy
We make returns free and easy. Simply click on the navigation menu "Contact Us/Start A Return", fill out the form, and we'll email you a prepaid return label with return instructions within the hour (business hours; Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PST).
Please note that in order to keep prices low for all of our customers, a $3 refund administration fee will be deducted from your refund for discretionary return reasons, i.e. didn't fit, didn't like, etc.
Once we receive the return, we will credit your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note, in order to receive a full refund, the item must be in new condition with the original product tags attached. All shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and must be in the original shoe box.
We accept returns initiated within 90 days of the date of sale.
Do you Price Match?
Absolutely! If you find a product we carry being sold by a major online retail outlet (Amazon, Walmart, Overstock.com, etc.) for a lower price, not only will we match it, we'll match it and take another 10% off. In order to redeem a price match guarantee, just fill out the contact form and provide a link to the product which displays the lower price. Upon confirmation, we'll then email you a coupon code that takes matches the competing price AND takes another 10% off.
If you purchase something before 11am PST, Monday - Friday, you can expect to receive it within 1 - 3 business days. Any order placed after 11am will ship the next business day, and you can expect to receive it within 1 - 3 business days after the ship date. Although over 98% of packages arrive on time, sometimes there may be carrier related delays, which are out of our control.
Occasionally, for higher priced items, we may require additional identify or payment verification. In such instances, your order will ship after verification has been completed.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Insurance is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. If you wish for your order to shipped via. another carrier, please contact us and request an invoice with the requested shipping method. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges relating to the preferred carrier.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email and/or text message notifying you that your order has shipped with the tracking number included.
